Your Income
Your income will be remitted monthly after 10% deduction for management costs, within 7 working days of its receipt by Professional Property Management.
Your Costs
Your
costs for every new tenant found are all inclusive*. This includes advertising
on our
website (including 3 photos), accompanied viewings, inventory preparation,
tenant referencing, document preparation.
*The only exception is if you require any
additional advertising (e.g. Newspapers)
this will be charged additionally at cost.
