Nil.
You do however, need to be ready to pay a total of two months rent to secure
a tenancy. One month will be held as a returnable bond, and the other will
be one months rent in advance for your new home.
All subsequent rent to be paid by standing order to Professional Property
Management. We do not charge for obtaining references, drawing up inventories
or agreements, or for accompanying you to view possible properties.
